We organized Yuva Mahotsav 2026 as a vibrant platform celebrating youth leadership, education, and social awareness. Hundreds of adolescent girls from Rajsamand and Bhilwara districts participated in the event.
The program was attended by the Chief District Education Officer, Rajsamand, as the Chief Guest, who appreciated the organization’s efforts towards preventing child marriage and promoting girls’ education. Emphasizing the message “Educate a Girl, Empower a Generation,” he highlighted the importance of education in building a stronger and more inclusive society.
The event featured cultural performances, awareness-based theatre presentations on child marriage and education, and creative showcases by adolescent girls highlighting the objectives and achievements of the Jagriti Project over the last 10 years.
RJVS Director Ms. Shakuntala Pamecha shared the organization’s ongoing work for the empowerment of women, adolescent girls, and marginalized communities. Advisor Mr. Arvind Kumar Pamecha reflected on the decade-long journey of the Jagriti Project, highlighting its impact in connecting girls with education, preventing child marriages, and promoting positive social change.
Several girls also shared inspiring personal experiences of returning to education after intervention by the organization. Participants demonstrating outstanding leadership and performances were recognized during the event.
The program concluded with a symbolic activity where social issues were written on balloons and released into the sky, conveying a collective message of hope, change, and freedom from social evils.
