With over 10 years of experience in the social development sector, Bhupendra Singh Rathore is a dedicated professional known for his expertise in project evaluation, data analysis, community mobilization, and creative communication. Currently serving as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan, he plays a key role in strengthening program strategies through data-driven decision-making, reporting, and visualization.

In addition to his strong background in child protection, adolescent empowerment, water conservation, and labour welfare initiatives, Bhupendra is also skilled in content creation and graphic design. He regularly designs and develops the organization’s annual reports, newsletters, brochures, social media campaigns, and advocacy materials, ensuring impactful communication and outreach.

Holding a Postgraduate degree in Sociology and Hindi Literature and certifications in microfinance, program evaluation, and computer applications, he blends analytical expertise and creative design skills to amplify social impact and tell compelling stories of change.

Field Coordinator

Pawan Udani is a dedicated and highly experienced social worker with over 25 years of work in women’s empowerment, community leadership, and rights-based initiatives. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology and has worked with reputed organizations such as Ubheshwar Vikas Mandal, Vidya Bhawan Kisan Vigyan Kendra, and Aastha Sansthan. Her work has focused on critical areas like tribal education, women’s group formation, violence prevention, and connecting marginalized communities with government schemes.

Since 2024, she has been serving as the Field Coordinator for the Aparajita Project at Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan, where she is dedicated to empowering single women across Udaipur, Ajmer, and Jodhpur divisions. With her deep grassroots experience and strong leadership skills, she continues to strengthen women’s leadership and ensure their access to justice.

Nita Kumawat holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has been actively working in the development sector since 1998. Her work has primarily focused on empowering children, adolescents, and farmers through community-led initiatives.

With over two decades of experience, she has made significant contributions to promoting sustainable agriculture by reducing farming costs, increasing productivity, and encouraging organic and multi-cropping methods. Nita is deeply committed to building self-reliant communities by improving access to education, advancing gender equality, and enhancing rural livelihoods.

Usha Jhala

Legal Counsellor

Usha Jhala is a qualified legal professional with degrees in BA, LLB, and LLM. A resident of Rajsamand, she is known for her integrity, determination, and impartial approach. With over 12 years of experience as both a lawyer and social worker, she has been actively engaged in addressing cases of violence against women and child abuse.

Currently, she serves as a Legal Counsellor at the Women’s Safety and Counselling Centre, operated by Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan with the support of the Department of Women Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan. Her commitment to justice and sensitivity in handling cases have made her a trusted advocate for women’s rights.

Seema Malawat, a resident of Railmagra (Rajsamand), holds degrees in B.A., B.Ed., and LLB. She has over 10 years of experience as a social worker and is recognized for her honesty, fairness, and strong leadership skills. An advocate by profession, Seema actively works on cases related to violence against women and child abuse.

She is currently serving as a Legal Consultant at the Women’s Safety and Counselling Centre run by Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan with support from the Department of Women Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan. Seema is deeply respected for her dedication, integrity, and tireless efforts toward justice and gender equality.

With over 12 years of experience in grassroots-level development, Priti Sharma has been dedicated to the empowerment of women and adolescent girls. Her journey began with the Panchayati Raj Project, where she developed a strong understanding of social structures and community leadership.

Priti’s core mission is to promote gender equality, raise awareness about women’s rights, and enable women to actively participate in decision-making processes. She strongly believes that every woman and adolescent has immense potential to create positive change when provided with opportunities, accurate information, and consistent support. Her vision is to build an inclusive and just society rooted in equality, respect, and dignity.

Zubeda Khatoon holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and has been working in the development sector since 2018. Her expertise lies in data management, accounting, and monitoring. She has served as a Data Entry Operator and MIS professional in the Khushi Project and Childline 1098, contributing to initiatives focused on child health, nutrition, education, and protection.

She also has experience in accounting, data verification, stock management, field monitoring, reporting, presentations, and team coordination, making her a valuable support system for organizational operations.

Shabana Parveen

Office Management

Shabana Parveen is a graduate (B.A.) with over 9 years of experience in promoting women’s rights and justice. Through her active role in “Nari Adalat”, she has led crucial processes such as case registration, case study preparation, victim counselling, and support during judicial proceedings.

Beyond her expertise in handling cases of violence against women, Shabana is also highly skilled in stock management, vendor coordination, and event management. Her combination of sensitivity, administrative expertise, and dedication has helped numerous women access justice and rebuild their lives with dignity.
