राजसमन्द महिला मंच व् उसकी गतिविधियों के बारे में मैं पिछले लगभव 15 वर्षो से जानती हूँ | इन सालों में राजसमन्द महिला मंच ने महिला सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में अच्छा काम किया | राजसमन्द जिले के गाँव ,ढाणी ,तहसील व् शहर की महिलाओं को अपने हक़ की लड़ाई लड़ने हेतु संगठित किया | महिलाओं को प्रेरित किया की वे न्याय ,समता ,गौरव व् अपने अधिकारों की लड़ाई स्वयं लाडे | रूढ़ीवादी रीतीरिवाज व् सामाजिक प्रथाओं में सुधार लाने ,महिलाओं को क़ानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध करवाने एवं महिलाओं की आर्थिक उन्नती के लिये अच्छा काम किया | राजसमन्द महिला मंच के अथक प्रयास के परिणाम स्वरूप 2003 में राजसमन्द जन विकास संस्थान की स्थापना हुई | मेरी और से राजसमन्द महिला मंच को लम्बे समय से नेतृत्व एवं अपनी सेवाऐ प्रदान कर रही श्रीमती शकुन्तला पामेचा के प्रति आभार व् हार्दिक शुभकामनाऐ |

Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan has been doing excellent, inspiring work for the empowerment of women for the last several years. I had the opportunity to organize a free medical camp with women activists who have served this institution for many years. Director Mrs. Shakuntala Pamecha, along with herself and fellow workers, is making more efforts for prevention of child marriage, female health, school enrollment of hundred percent girls in many tehsils of Rajsamand district. Public hearing programs of RJVS make every effort to remove the problems of women by making a list of them. For the prevention of violence against women, counseling and support is being provides by RJVS to bring relief from violence and happiness in the life of poor,ditressed, deprived women.

महिला मंच एवं जन विकास संस्थान राजसमन्द जिले के गाँव ,ढाणी ,तहसील व् शहर और विभाग की महिलाओं को संगठित करने ,सशक्त करने एवं समाज में महिलाओं के प्रति न्याय ,समता ,गौरव एवं भागीदारी सुनिर्श्चित करने के लिए वर्ष 1998 से निरंतर कार्यरत है | उक्त संगठन जाति ,वर्ग ,लिंग और समुदाय पर आधारित भेदभाव तथा महिला हिंसा के विरोध में प्रत्येक स्तर पर आवाज उठाता है साथ ही महिलाओं का क्षमतावर्धन ,प्रशिक्षण एवं उनमें जागृति के द्वारा उन्हें सामाजिक, आर्थिक, राजनैतिक एवं स्वास्थ्य स्तर पर द्रढ़ता प्रदान करने में सलग्न है | साथ ही जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण की गतिविधियों में सदैव सकारात्मक एवं सहयोगी रहकर महिलाओं को निशुल्क विधिक सहायता ,विधिक जागरूकता एवं सुलभ न्याय प्रदान करने में अपना योगदान प्रदान कर रहा है | मैं नरेंद्र कुमार ,सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण ,राजसमन्द जन विकास संस्थान की संस्थान निदेशक श्रीमती शकुन्तला पामेचा एवं महिला मंच अध्यक्ष श्रीमती शारदा खटिक एवं इनकी समस्त टीम के कार्यों के प्रति साधुवाद एवं उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना करता हूँ |

Child marriage is a social evil that pushes our children's future into darkness. The work being done by Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan against this evil practice is commendable. By empowering the village level child protection committee, we can reduce child marriage and by creating awareness in the society, we can give a safe and bright future to our daughters and sons.

The girls of the Learning Community not only identified the problems of their village, but also ensured solutions by raising them on public platforms. This initiative was not just a beginning, but a thought - "We will stop only after solving the problem, not by telling it!"Be it the problem of water, the issue of child marriage or lack of facilities in school - these teenagers took the lead on every front and worked towards change by bringing together the entire community.Salute to the efforts of the institute. This is such a confluence of cooperation and consciousness, which has given birth to both hope and courage in the village.
