Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan (RJVS) is an NGO and we have a sister organization as Rajsamand Mahila Manch (RMM) which is a collective. Since this website caters to both it is understood that this privacy policy shall apply to both the organizations.
This Privacy Policy sets out how Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan / Rajsamand Mahila Manch (RJVS/ RMM ) uses and endeavor’s to protects any information that you give to RJVS when you use this site http://rjvs.in or the RJVS /RMM mobile application or any other digital medium and other offline sources of our Organizations. RJVS is committed to ensure that your privacy is protected. When you make a Donation, fill information for a volunteer with RJVS/RMM, Signs up to stay updated, we may ask for information such as your name, address, and email address, phone number and other relevant information. While forwarding a donation for Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan the well-wishers have to submit some personal information like name, email, postal address, birth date, your telephone number, your payment processing details, and any other data as required as it would help us ensuring genuine contributions.

Tax deductable Donation
All Donations to RJVS are Tax Deductible under 80G. RJVS is also FCRA certified to receive foreign currency funds. To claim tax exemption, please keep the donation receipt as your official record.
A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address that you would have provided while making donations, as soon as your donation is processed.
No liability regarding external web services
Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan uses a number of external web services on its site to display content within its web pages. Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan is not expressly or impliedly responsible for, or liable to any loss or damage caused to a user by the collection, use and retention of Personal Information by such website in any manner whatsoever. Refund Policy
Welcome to this web-site of Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under:-
- Refund /cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, the online donations through the online payment gateway.
- No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
- If any in-kind support received by the donor from any where the material will be reached to the poorest of the poorer communities.
- Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the community development, children education or women’s empowerment.
Copy Right
Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license by Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan to use any item displayed.
