Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan (RJVS) was set up on 19th May, 2003, as a support organisation to strengthen and sustain the Rajsamand Mahila Manch (RMM). It has been addressing the struggle for elimination of inequality in society so that women & adolescents can lead a quality life with dignity as well as carrying the concerned and currents of women’s movements to an even widening network of groups and organisation of RJVS. RMM does not mean merely a federation but this also creates awareness and build capacities in women of the Manch so as to bring positive changes in their life and society. It facilitates and support RMM socially, politically and financially to bring about the changes in the perceptions of women, men and society to the traditional role of women.
