Job Title: SAP PP/MRP Consultant

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new/modify existing system configuration, related to Production Planning and document design clearly.Create new/modify existing system configuration, related to PP and document design clearly.Collaborate with production teams to manage MRP processes, ensuring efficient planning of materials, inventory control, and demand management. Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production departments to streamline MRP processes.
• Design, configure, and integrate Warehouse Management (WM) functionalities with SAP PP. Ensure seamless material movement, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy across production and storage environments.
• Manage and implement various label printing programs in a production setting, ensuring compliance with labeling standards, product identification, and traceability requirements. Collaborate with IT and production teams to automate labeling processes.
• Analyze production processes and provide recommendations for improvement using SAP PP and MRP functionalities. Ensure production planning aligns with operational capacity, material availability, and lead times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Logistics preferred).
• 5+ years of functional/configuration experience in SAP-PP
• At least 1 full life cycle implementation of SAP ECC (PP)
• Experience supporting manufacturing plant personnel with day-to-day ERP system processes
• Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
