Per Diem Physician
Job Location : Chicago, IL.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: $180/hr for onsite patient care, $140/hr for telemedicine lab review.
Schedule: 10/7 9am- 5pm.
Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Chicago, IL . Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care (usually no more than 20 patients per day).
