We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide support to a media company based in Hollywood. This role is fully onsite and will report directly to the Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring both day-to-day operations and special initiatives are executed seamlessly. This is an entry level role ideal for someone who wants to learn from an experienced Chief of Staff and grow into another role in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage travel arrangements and all logistics.
  • Assist with office projects and special initiatives as needed.
  • Handle light email correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Support company offsites and internal events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Promote and reinforce company culture through daily interactions.
  • Perform general office duties to maintain an efficient and organized workplace.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in media or creative industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.

Location: Hollywood Hills

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 with great benefits and room to grow
