Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Shifts Available: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM | 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Work Environment: Onsite, professional call center setting

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information about services and resolve member inquiries
• Follow established procedures to meet performance goals in quality, speed, and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree
• Must have previous call center experience (healthcare or pharmaceutical preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Comfortable working onsite in a structured, team-based setting
