Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Location: Morris Plains, NJ 07950

Pay Rate: $85/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Onsite, W2, Permanent)

Position Overview

Annashae is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide supervision, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic services in a collaborative mental health setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in psychodiagnostics, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor psychology staff, interns, and trainees.
• Conduct and oversee psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychotherapy sessions.
• Provide consultation and guidance to staff on clinical performance and case management.
• Participate in treatment planning, placement conferences, and case reviews.
• Prepare and review comprehensive psychological and diagnostic reports.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards.
• Contribute to community education and represent psychological services when needed.
• Maintain essential records, reports, and documentation in accordance with policies.

Education:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Coursework must include counseling/psychotherapy, psychological testing, abnormal psychology, and additional courses in areas such as learning theories, human development, psychopharmacology, and research/statistics.

Experience:

• One year of supervised full-time clinical internship or equivalent supervised clinical experience.
• Three years of professional experience in clinical psychology, including psychodiagnostics, psychotherapy, and projective techniques.
• A residency beyond internship may substitute for one year of required experience.

License:

• Active New Jersey Psychologist License issued by the NJ Board of Psychological Examiners (required).
