Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join their client's team in Springfield, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correctly inputted into the system.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into various systems and databases.
• Verify and correct data entries to maintain data integrity.
• Organize and maintain files and records in an efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data processing operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Generate reports and summaries based on data entries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred.

Required Work Hours

The Data Entry Representative will work Monday through Friday, during first shift hours.

Additional Details
