A leading Accessory brand is seeking a Designer or Senior Designer to join their team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for designing, and preparing merchandising strategies for accessories including , soft accessories, cold weather, Headwear, and stationary, etc. There is also tremendous growth potential.
Job description:
• Create and design soft accessories, headwear, seasonal and gifting including and Cold Weather
• Prepare merchandise strategies and layouts or mock-ups of a design using illustration, text,
photography, color, and computer-generated imagery
• Merchandise product assortments with Design and upper management.
• Communicate with buyers about color assortment and design
• Review all technical sketches and original artworks prior to submitting for final production
• Prepare Artwork for Production
• Execute vision on CAD presentations
Skills
- Formal education in Design
- MAC/PC proficiency with illustrator, Photoshop and Excel
- Strong presentation skills
