Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: .Net Core, C#, ASP.Net, MVC
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between on-shore and off-shore product and development teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project requirements, technical approaches, and deliverables
• Work daily with US based customer teams to understand business requirements, technical specifications, and development priorities, then translate and communicate these effectively to off-shore India teams
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and oversight to off-shore developers through pair programming sessions, code reviews, and regular technical discussions to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
