We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee large, ground-up data center projects nationwide. This role requires strong field leadership, deep knowledge of ground-up construction, and the ability to coordinate with owners, GCs, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
The Superintendent will manage daily site operations, enforce safety standards, track progress against schedules, and resolve on-site issues. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proven experience building large, complex data centers or mission-critical facilities.
This position requires extensive travel : you will work on site for two weeks at a time, with the company flying you home every other weekend .
