What you’ll do:
- Assemble and wire custom test systems based on engineering schematics and layouts
- Support tester builds, harness fabrication, and hardware integration
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with standards
- Perform troubleshooting, verification, and documentation of completed setups
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with wiring, harness assembly, crimping, and soldering (automotive or industrial a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and assembly instructions
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes
