Are you a proven operations leader with a background in truck transportation and a passion for running efficient, people-focused terminal operations? We’re seeking a Terminal Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day activities for a high-performing bulk transportation terminal .

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driver and staff supervision, financial oversight, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment , balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities to keep terminal operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch planning , driver scheduling, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency
• Monitor terminal financial performance , including P&L statements, revenue reports, and operating costs
• Hire, train, and lead terminal drivers and non-driver personnel, ensuring compliance with operating policies
• Partner closely with safety and maintenance teams to keep equipment inspections and maintenance on schedule
• Manage terminal inventory, purchasing, and security while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Participate in customer meetings and develop effective solutions to operational challenges

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in transportation and logistics
• Terminal management or dispatch leadership experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to adapt to schedule changes and unexpected events
• Above-average computer and administrative skills ; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
