Superintendent

Location: Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, FL

Salary Range: $115,000 – $165,000 (Based on experience)

Vehicle Allowance: $500 – $700/month (Based on experience)

Our client, a technology-driven general contracting and construction management firm in Southwest Florida, is seeking experienced Superintendents to join their growing team. Founded by industry leaders from the top 10 ENR firms, this company specializes in high-quality multifamily developments and premier golf clubhouse projects. They are known for their lean, hands-on approach, cutting-edge project technology, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. This is an opportunity for "true builders" who want project ownership from start to finish with barely any travel requirements!

Superintendent Responsibilities :

• Lead on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final punch list on multifamily and golf clubhouse projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain schedule and quality standards
• Utilize Procore, Builder Trend, and MS Office for project management and daily reporting
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized worksites
• Work closely with Project Managers to forecast needs, resolve issues, and manage project costs
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and engineers to address project needs
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and progress photos
• Drive team accountability and foster collaborative, productive work environment
• Take complete ownership of project as "your baby" - staying on same site for duration (1-2 years for large multifamily, few months for retrofit clubhouses)
• Work on ultra-luxury condos, senior living, mixed-use developments, and golf courses with restaurants/condos

Superintendent Requirements :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Superintendent in multifamily, clubhouse, or high-end commercial projects
• Must provide complete project list and professional references from past projects
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and schedules
• Experience with Procore and Builder Trend software systems
• Technology-minded and open to modern construction management approaches
• OSHA certification preferred; additional trade or safety certifications a plus
• Skilled in managing multiple trades and resolving on-site conflicts
