Job Title: Superintendent Job Location: Bakersfield, CA
Salary: $110k-$120k + Project Bonus + Vehicle allowance, etc.
Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as a Superintendent on projects related to Commercial, Industrial, or related
This is a full time/ permanent position with a 100-person general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Superintendent with either TI or Ground-up Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Monitor Construction progress
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Qualifications: - 3+ Years Experience as a Superintendent
- Experience on TI or ground-up Commercial projects
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
