**Key Responsibilities:** Solution Design & Strategy: Proactively drive the selection and design of relevant technical solutions, ensuring they are simple, scalable, and easily enhanced over time. Security Focus: Maintain a strong working knowledge of security aspects essential for external-facing applications. Embed security considerations into every phase of solution discussion and design. Hands-on Contribution: Act as a hands-on driver for project tasks. While not a primary coding role, the associate must be proactive and willing to step in to code when necessary to keep momentum high, especially during onshore hours. Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Work effectively with the broader team to understand the technical landscape. Drive technical conversations and contribute meaningfully to the selection of solutions, acting as a technical contributor rather than a passive information relay. Scope & Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly question and understand the scope and requirements before proposing or jumping into solutions to ensure alignment and accuracy. Angular Engagement: Utilize Angular knowledge to identify potential front-end solutions and effectively drive relevant discussions with development teams. **Required Skills & Experience** 12+ years of proficiency in Java, spring boot and microservice Cloud experience preferably Azure Solutions Engineering Mindset: Proven ability to provide simpler, easily enhanced, and scalable solutions. Security Expertise (Critical): Demonstrable working knowledge of security best practices for web applications, particularly those exposed to external clients. Proactive & Hands-on: A track record of being a self-starter and driver who is willing to get hands-on and contribute directly (including code, if needed) to keep project progress on track. Web Technologies: Strong conceptual understanding of front-end technologies and architecture, specifically with Angular. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent ability to work with a broader team, understand the technical landscape, and drive constructive technical discussions. The annual salary for this position is between $ 88,690K -$ 179,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
