What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle selection and buying process
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives
• Build and maintain long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
• Provide consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on inventory, new model releases, and product options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of automotive sales experience (Preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
