$70,000 on target earnings

• Welcome and engage customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site.
• Understand their needs and recommend stylish, functional flooring solutions.
• Provide clear project estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate installations and ensure top-notch follow-through.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in home design, retail sales, or construction.
• Eagerness to learn—no flooring experience required! We’ll train you.
• Comfort with basic math (like measuring rooms) and using digital tools.
• A self-starter who’s organized, adaptable, and ready to grow.
