Job Description

This is a 5+ month contract (W-2) role. Expected schedule is Monday-Saturday 2nd shift (~4:00p-2:30a) with approximately 40-60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site safety plan
• Conduct safety inductions for all contractor and subcontracted staff
• Execute daily and weekly safety inspections, reports, and corrects findings
• Ensure that subcontractors have all required permits to work
• Organize weekly safety discussion for contractor site team
• Collect worked hours for contractor and subcontractor teams and generate monthly reports
• Investigate and report any incidents
• Generate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Work Method Statements (WMS)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety + 3 years of construction safety management experience / OR board-certified safety credential + 5 years of construction safety management experience / OR Current OSHA 500 Certification + 6 years of construction safety management experience
• OSHA 10 + OSHA 30 certified
• Knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
• Able to identify known potential exposure and lead corrective actions
• Able to produce reports and develop relevant policies
• Comfortable with the onsite work requirements and schedule
