Tiello has partnered with a well-established residential roofing contractor in the San
Jose area that’s expanding and looking to add a high-performing Residential Roofing
Sales Representative to their team. This company is known for its integrity-first approach, strong client relationships, and process-driven culture. They’re looking for a confident closer who can turn 6+ qualified company leads per day into sales while maintaining long-term relationships
built on trust and professionalism.
The Role
You’ll manage the full sales cycle - from inspection to signed contract - representing one
of the most reputable names in residential roofing across the Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
● Confidently close company-set appointments with a consultative, integrity-driven
approach
● Drive $3M+ in annual residential roofing sales
● Conduct inspections, prepare proposals, and close deals with professionalism
● Manage your sales pipeline and follow through from lead to project handoff
● Partner with operations to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
● Proven success in residential roofing or exterior construction sales
● Strong communication skills and a repeatable sales process
● Competitive, self-motivated, and relationship-driven mindset
● Experience in insurance restoration or retail roofing preferred
