Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Sourcing Strategy : Utilize diverse channels (LinkedIn, internal databases, networking) to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
• Hiring Manager Partnership : Consult with leadership to define role requirements and provide market insights/trends.
• Candidate Advocacy : Act as a consultant to candidates, preparing them for interviews and articulating the culture and value proposition.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Use recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, diversity goals, pipeline health) to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Approximately 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (either in-house or at a high-growth agency).

Required Skills

• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers.
• Excellent candidate advocacy skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills
