Receptionist - Contract to Hire
Dallas, TX (75254) | $18/hr DOE | Full-Time, Fully Onsite | Start: ASAP

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join a growing organization in North Dallas. This position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity for permanent conversion based on performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of front desk or administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner

• Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments

• Manage the front desk area and ensure a welcoming office environment

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Maintain conference room scheduling and ensure meeting areas are prepared

• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning

• Support office staff with special projects and general office coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
