Silverwood Landscape Construction is seeking a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join our great team!
You will be responsible for Data Entry, Purchase Order Entry, Request For Quotes, Submittals (Landscape, Irrigation, Photos). Computer and typing skills are mandatory.
Job Description
Assist purchasing department with ordering materials for multiple jobs, send out purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors, creating submittals to send to general contractors/clients (landscape, irrigation, planting, along with photos).
