Job Summary:
To support our growth we’re looking for a Process Manager to join our awesome team!
Working as the Process Manager you will effectively lead a high-performing, production team across a leading high-tech corporate dining account. This role shapes our culinary and hospitality intentions-ensuring world-class service, culinary excellence, and detailed execution that reflects our client’s elevated event standards.
The Process Manager is responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager on the overall success of the Production Kitchen. This means adhering to our Client’s culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and Compass Group standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation. Alongside the Logistics Manager, you will manage daily operations, including selection, development, and performance management of employees and managing the systems and processes in an efficient way. This position also motivates and directs team members to accomplish the objectives of the operation, and maintain a working relation with the Client.
