What You’ll Do

• Lead the preparation of cost estimates for complex commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to determine accurate scope and costs.
• Build strong subcontractor relationships to ensure competitive bids.
• Partner with project managers and leadership to deliver successful, profitable projects.
• Present estimates and proposals to ownership and clients with confidence and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and market pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with subcontractors and clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 – $140,000/year, based on experience.
