Role Description
Patent prosecution associate attorney with 3-6 years of law firm or industry experience in patent drafting and prosecution. Candidates should have an a dvanced degree (Ph.D. preferred), in biology, immunology, Organic Chemistry or similar. Experience with IP due diligence, FTO analysis, and portfolio management.
Qualifications:
USPTO registration.
3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
Excellent writing and oral communications skills.
