Job Description

Our client, a self-storage/property management organization, is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is based primarily in Newton, MA (with occasional support needed in Framingham). The schedule is 2-4 days per week, with Sundays and Mondays required (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sundays). Compensation is $25/hour, and free parking is available. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer phone calls, and assist with office visits
• Collect rent payments and maintain accurate rental records
• Perform daily lock checks, property inspections, and ensure units are clean/ready for new tenants
• Maintain organized business records and a clean, professional office environment
• Handle daily deposits, petty cash reconciliation, and communicate records to accounting
• Oversee light maintenance, yard work, and coordinate repairs as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or front desk experience, ideally in customer-facing roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable handling cash, deposits, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Flexible to float between Newton and Framingham locations as needed
• Ability to work required Sunday and Monday schedule consistently
