Job Title: Development Manager (On-site in San Antonio, Texas)

The Opportunity: As Operations Manager at Alamo Fireworks, you will oversee our Site Readiness and Maintenance functions, ensuring that every retail location is prepared, compliant, and operationally sound before and during our sales seasons. You will lead a dedicated team, manage budgets, and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure our sites meet the highest standards. This role requires an adaptable operations leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning to ensure operational excellence year after year. This role is not limited to an office as you will spend significant time in the field, directly overseeing site preparation, maintenance, and seasonal readiness to ensure hands-on success.

What You’ll Do:
· Lead, mentor, and manage the Site Readiness Team, ensuring tasks and projects are executed effectively.
· Oversee all site preparation and maintenance activities for company locations.
· Serve as the point of contact with local and state officials to ensure regulatory compliance.
· Manage departmental budgets, payroll, and operating expenses to meet financial targets.
· Support site acquisition efforts by evaluating operational and budgetary feasibility.
· Conduct site inspections pre-season and during sales seasons to ensure readiness and quality.
· Coordinate and approve vendor contracts, invoices, and maintenance requests.
· Oversee maintenance and safe operation of company vehicles and equipment.
· Provide reports and updates on site readiness and maintenance standards.
Must-haves in a Candidate:
· Smart, hungry and gritty.
· Proven successful leadership in operations management or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
· High level of integrity, work ethics, and dedication to organizational success.
Nice to Have in a Candidate:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, or related field.
· 10+ years of operations experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
· Familiarity with ERP systems, project management tools, and operational software.

Compensation: $75,000 – $102,000 annually, with performance incentive structure
