Job Description

Our client, an exciting apparel brand is looking to hire experienced and hands-on Operations Manager ! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting all facets of operations - from retail and e-commerce to wholesale and IT systems - helping keep the business running smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays

Compensation: $36-38/hr.

Employment Type: Contract (Maternity Leave Cover, Potential to Go Permanent)

What You’ll Do:

Operations & Process Management

• Define and improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
• Manage daily operations, projects, and cross-functional communication
• Support inventory management and back-of-house operations
• Identify ways to streamline processes and boost efficiency
• Handle employee system access, onboarding/offboarding, and office operations

IT & Systems Support

• Monitor and resolve Celigo integration issues daily
• Partner with NetSuite consultants to enhance system performance
• Manage Google Workspace Admin and maintain system security
• Troubleshoot employee tech, credential, and software issues

Retail & Wholesale Operations

• Support new store openings, POS setup, and vendor onboarding
• Manage retail system compliance and monitor inventory counts
• Process wholesale orders via Joor and NetSuite
• Manage retailer ticketing (e.g., Saks, Nordstrom) and EDI submissions

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of operations experience in apparel, retail, or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite , Shopify , and Celigo
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
