Job Description


The HT Group is seeking a highly organized, professional, and adaptable  Office Admin  to serve as the face of our client’s company and a key support resource to their management team. This role requires a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, hourly rate DOE, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage front desk and reception area
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office space
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and internal communications as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support various departments with tasks as needed - no job too big or too small
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or personal assistant role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
