We’re currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are ready to take the next step in their career and lead care teams with confidence.

Your Impactful Role:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the nursing department

• Supervise day-to-day nursing services and resident care

• Provide mentorship and leadership to caregivers and nursing staff

• Step in with leadership support when higher management is not present

• Ensure quality of care and resident satisfaction at all times

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan

• BLS certification

• Assisted Living experience required

• A strong, compassionate leader with excellent communication skills
