As a  Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative , you'll be the face of our company, helping homeowners protect their biggest investment with high-quality roofing solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on roof conditions, damage assessments, and insurance restoration
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with our roofing project team
• Close sales and manage relationships through the project lifecycle
• Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and the aloha spirit

Who You Are:

• A self-starter who thrives in face-to-face sales and outdoor work
• Driven, competitive, and coachable
• Able to relocate to Hawaii or already local
• Physically capable of walking neighborhoods daily
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales is a must, but we can train on roofing and construction knowledge.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
