Front Desk Medical Receptionist

📍 Location: Dallas, TX 75208

🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📞 Interview Format: Microsoft Teams (Phone or Face-to-Face)

🌐 Software Skills: ECW (training provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answers phones and schedules appointments
• Redirects calls, assists callers with questions/concerns, and takes messages
• Greets patients and manages wait times
• Completes check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification, pre-authorizations/pre-certifications, and document copying
• Collects co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, issues receipts
• Processes walk-in patients and visitors
• Manages medical records maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule
• Scans/files correspondence, processes medical records release requests, maintains logs
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public
• Performs all other related duties as assigned

Health Screenings Required:

• Drug and background check
• TB blood test, MMR, Varicella, Hep B titers, respirator medical clearance
