Job Description

The Denver office of a Mountain West law firm is seeking a highly qualified attorney with at least eight years of litigation experience in one or more of these types of disputes: contracts, constitutional rights, land use, development, easements, condemnation, liens, construction, survey, title or disputes involving government entities. This firm is a "gem" and has a stellar national reputation, and given their desire for a senior litigator, this role will move fast.

Additional Job Requirements/Details

• Colorado license preferred.
• Position works closely with three partners with large books of business.
• Candidates are not required to bring business.
• Firm is open to flexible or reduced-hours schedule.
• Position title will likely be Counsel, which is initially off track. Partnership in several years could be entertained.
• Ideal candidate enjoys litigation, with some background in real estate/property rights law, and can jump in and handle matters "Day One" and provide mentorship to several junior/mid-level associates.
• Depending on experience and desired hours, pay will likely fall in the low to mid 200s.
