Position Overview:
The FP&A Lead is a key member of the Risant Health Financial Planning and Analysis team and plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. The team is also responsible for long-term financial planning, investment evaluation, and strategic decision support. The team enables informed decision-making to optimize capital allocation, drive financial accountability and support the achievement of organizational financial goals.
The Financial Planning & Analytics Lead oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive business performance. This role is responsible for delivering financial insights and analysis to guide leaders on key initiatives, capital investments, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $157,500 to $207,900, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
