JDE Techno-Functional Analyst

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced ERP / Applications Analyst with strong JDE expertise to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise applications across financial, property management, and project cost functions. This role blends technical depth with functional understanding, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving systems, and collaborating with business users to deliver impactful solutions.

The successful candidate will be analytical, proactive, and confident translating business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations, enhancements, and workflows.
• Provide daily application support, troubleshooting, and user training for ERP systems (currently JDE) and related business tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement standardized, scalable solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and user interfaces that enhance decision-making and business operations.
• Work closely with developers on application enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, ensuring long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Lead or support project initiatives that bridge functional and technical areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with JDE financial modules (A/P, A/R, G/L) and property management functionality; job/project costing exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis across platforms.
• Experience designing Menus, UX One, UDOs (Watchlists, E1 Pages, Advanced Queries).
• Exposure to Orchestrator, Hubble, or Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with other ERP platforms (e.g., Yardi) is beneficial.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
