Legacy Wardrobes is Philadelphia’s premier custom storage and home organization company known for thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and personalized service. We design, build, and install wardrobe systems, closets, and custom built-ins throughout the Philly metro area.

We’re growing and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Design Apprentice to join our team. If you love beautiful interiors, enjoy talking to people, and want to learn the ins and outs of design and operations from the ground up, this is your opportunity.

This is a learning-focused, entry-level position with a mix of administrative support and hands-on exposure to our sales, design, and production process. You’ll shadow real client consultations and get a behind-the-scenes look at how our company runs.

• Assist with scheduling new design consultations

• Answer client inquiries by phone, email, and social media

• Coordinate with sales, design, production, and install teams

• Shadow consultations and client visits

• Help gather measurements, photos, and project details

• Learn how to use our design software (Mosaic)

• Assist in preparing proposals and follow-up emails

• Maintain accurate client records and timelines

• Support the team on-site and remotely, as needed

You don’t need industry experience, we’ll train you , but we’re looking for someone who’s curious, friendly, organized, and eager to learn.

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Eye for detail and design

• Willingness to learn both creative and operational sides of the business

• Ability to work independently and with a small team

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation (for site visits)

• Background in design, interiors, or art

• Familiarity with CAD or design software (we use Mozaik)

• Experience working with clients or in a service-based business
