We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset.
Achieve or exceed sales goals and profitability targets.
Develop new business by promoting products to target industries (e.g., candle, coatings, packaging, poultry, dental).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, generate quotes, and process orders.
Work with Territory Managers and Product Managers to provide technical recommendations and application support.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP and CRM systems.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Support marketing initiatives and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
Follow company procedures (ISO 9001, safety, quality policies) and ensure compliance.
Provide accurate documentation for shipments, pricing, and invoicing.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
Minimum 2 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems preferred.
Spanish fluency highly desirable.
Technical experience in wax, foundry, or investment casting industries is a plus.
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform data entry (6+ hours/day).
Able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
Must be detail-oriented and able to perform basic math and read/write in English.
Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
