Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $21-$24/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wet Spray Painter to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying liquid coatings to various surfaces using spray painting equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking and priming as necessary
- Operate and maintain wet spray-painting equipment, including spray guns, pumps and hoses
- Mix paints and other coatings to specified colors and viscosities.
- Apply liquid coatings to a variety of materials, ensuring even coverage and a smooth, consistent finish.
- Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, drips, and blemishes, and perform necessary touch ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a wet spray painter
- Strong knowledge of wet spray-painting techniques, materials and equipment
- Excellent color matching and blending skills
- ability to operate and maintain spray painting equipment safely and effectively
