Job description:
Mantra Computing, a Managed Service Provider (MSP), located in Needham MA, focused on small/medium businesses, is looking for a customer service focused Help Desk Support Specialist with 2 plus years of experience. The candidate will have strong communications skills and be a people-oriented person, responsible for working with business officers and owners, listening to their diverse business challenges and providing sound technical advice, support, and solutions.
This role will be hybrid to start and will convert to fully remote once approved by management. Compensation is between 55K-75K depending on experience.

Minimum Technical Requirements:
- Experience in M365 support and administration and/or Google Workspaces support and administration.
- Desktop support for Windows 10/11.
- Mac OS desktop troubleshooting support experience preferred.
- Active Directory administration experience.
- Firewall/VPN experience.
- Network/server troubleshooting experience.
- Must have experience with remote support tools.
- Must have experience with ticketing systems.
- Prior experience working with an MSP is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Virtual Machines is preferred.
