Role Description

We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to build and scale the enablement function that supports our entire GTM team — from Sales and Customer Success to Marketing. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer-facing team member is equipped with the knowledge, content, and tools to deliver a consistent, high-performing revenue motion. This role is Remote with a small office in San Ramon, CA and will report to the VP of Sales.

This is a foundational role for Trek Health’s next stage of growth — ideal for someone who loves designing repeatable systems, driving alignment, and helping GTM teams succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Build the Enablement Function: Develop the vision, roadmap, and programs for onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement across GTM roles.
  • Drive Consistency: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to align messaging, processes, and handoffs across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Own GTM Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time and build confidence in new hires.
  • Create and Manage Content: Build a scalable content repository (decks, battlecards, playbooks, scripts, case studies) and ensure it’s easy to access and up to date.
  • Training and Coaching: Lead enablement sessions on discovery, objection handling, storytelling, and product updates — informed by data and deal insights. Build out and own our learning management system (e.g. WorkRamp)
  • Measure Impact: Track key enablement metrics like ramp time, content usage, win rates, and retention improvements.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with RevOps, Marketing, and Product to translate strategy and insights into actionable enablement programs. Be the owner of our annual Revenue Kick Off.

Who You Are

  • 4–8+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement, GTM Operations, or a related GTM leadership role.
  • Experience supporting multiple GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing) in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel GTM motions — from lead to renewal.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; you can confidently lead a training or executive readout.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Outreach, WorkRamp or Notion (or readiness to stand up a stack).
  • Analytical and data-driven — comfortable connecting enablement to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable building from 0→1 in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
