Pay Range: $51/hr - $57/hr

Join a pioneering game studio renowned for its iconic franchises as a Senior Creative Producer. Drive the creation and execution of unforgettable events, shaping the future of fan experiences for a beloved game. Your expertise in community engagement and event production will be instrumental in bringing a major anniversary celebration to life.

As a Senior Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the creative vision for both physical and digital events. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, overseeing all aspects of event production from concept to execution. Your passion for crafting immersive experiences will directly impact how fans connect with the game and its community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the creative vision for fan and player events, both in-person and digital.
• Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring timely execution of all event elements.
• Collaborate with external partners to bring the event vision to life.
• Craft compelling copy for various public-facing materials, including blogs, graphics, video scripts, and more.
• Partner with the esports team and stakeholders to gather feedback and secure approvals.
• Design detailed fan experiences, considering every touchpoint from initial awareness to lasting memories.
• Conduct regular meetings with internal and external partners to track deadlines, review creative materials, provide feedback, and adapt plans as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in creative event production, video production, broadcast production, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the esports landscape and content trends.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and video content platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram).
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and tracking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with the game franchise.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working with the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Office, Xbox).
• Technical understanding of video production and streaming technologies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51/hr - $57/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
