Job Description
Our client, an independent teaching hospital at the forefront of innovative medicine, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for their ambulatory clinic practices. The ideal candidate will be Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
Responsibilities
Provide traditional outpatient primary care focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of both common and complex diseases
100% Outpatient, Ambulatory
Busy multispecialty location
M-F no nights, no weekends
Minimal Call
Flexible schedule offered (5 8's, 4 10's, 3 12's)
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or foreign equivalent
Completion of post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Family Medicine
Experienced providers and new residents will be considered
BE/BC in Family Medicine
New York State license, unrestricted
Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
BLS or ACLS required
Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written
Bilingual Creole preferred
