Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, workshops, and corporate functions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with event coordinators and other team members to ensure every aspect of our events is executed flawlessly. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept through completion
• Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation
• Manage timelines, budgets, and event schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance
• Gather and organize event materials, such as signage and promotional items

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in event planning or administration is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
