Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Events Assistant, where your passion for organizing and executing exceptional events will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's presence in the community. In this position, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to promotional activities and community outreach programs Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of various events.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and services.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup and breakdown, catering, and equipment rentals.
Support the Events Manager in developing event budgets and tracking expenses.
Create and maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with participants and attendees, providing information and assistance as needed.
Collect feedback from event participants to improve future events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
