If you have 5+ years of experience in this area and a proven ability to draft trusts with confidence, you’ll thrive here and immediately contribute to the success of both clients and our firm.

• Organize & Manage Matters: Maintain files, docket events, and ensure smooth case flow.
• Draft & Review Documents: Prepare trusts, wills, and estate planning documents with precision for attorney review.
• Support Clients: Communicate updates, gather information, and assist clients with form completion.
• Administrative Support: Assist with e-filing, phone coverage, scheduling, and notarizing documents.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly case management meetings and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Most Important: 5+ years of Florida Estate Planning experience, including trust drafting, is non-negotiable. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

• Strong preference for candidates with advanced paralegal education or certification .
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with WealthCounsel and/or Westlaw Form Builder (or similar document-building software).
• Experience with Clio Manage (or similar case management software).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) preferred.
• Typing speed: 50–100 WPM required.
