These instruments are available in direct-reading and self-contained systems, providing live data output or internal storage. Our innovative team designs and produces high-quality, underwater acoustic Doppler sonars for use in oceans, lakes, and rivers globally. Our staff boasts over 250 years of combined Doppler system development experience and holds numerous ADCP patents.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role entry level position based in San Diego, CA. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electromechanical components, soldering, and using hand and power tools. Day-to-day tasks include reading blueprints, assembling parts, testing finished products, and performing quality checks to ensure high standards are met. The position also includes general fabrication, assembly, and test of electro-acoustic transducer and subassemblies and basic test instrumentation. The candidate will also be trained On-the-job (OJT) and will be familiarized with the company working requirements.
